1. The Service
BgClear is a free, in-browser background removal tool. Processing happens locally on your device; we do not receive, store, or process your images on our servers.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BgClear to create illegal content, infringe third-party rights (including copyright and personality rights of people in photos), or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for having the right to process the images you upload to the tool.
3. No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that cutouts will be error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BgClear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
5. Advertising
The service is supported by on-page advertising. We do not share your images with advertisers (we never see them), but we may use standard analytics and advertising cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
